So, look errywhere, you'll see there are two sku's.
$300 one, 8GB memory, standard cables, HDMI cable, controller $350 one, 32GB memory, all dem cables, controller, and Nintendoland.
It appears they're going with black for the color. Sexy.
oh, and Nintendo announced they're publishing Platinum Games' Bayonetta 2. A game that was otherwise cancelled by sega due to poor sales. Sega is "advising" on it, but Nintendo is publishing, meaning it'll be an exclusive, and I'll have to buy the fucking system.
God. Damnit.
YES BAYONETTA IS THAT GOOD.

I, on the other hand, am not impressed.
The neatest new info was Wii Tvii but I only watch about two hours of TV a week. This will probably be the first Nintendo system, since the SNES, that I do not get at launch.

Yeah, I'm not impressed by anything really other than Bayonetta 2.
Because Bayonetta was fucking rad.

The Demo for Black Ops 2, during the presentation, made me realize something.
No more screen watching for FPSes. Or at least it could be limited. THAT is a gaming innovation for the ages.

I think the two SKUs is an interesting move, but there's still nothing that has utterly compelled me to get a WiiU. I got to go to the Experience Event in Atlanta, and while I loved Project P-100 (what is that, The Wonderful 101 now, or something?) and thought Nintendoland was surprisingly fun and fuck yeah of course Pikmin 3 is Pikmin 3...nothing was really a system seller. I still feel like that and will do without the console for a while... ...no matter how many sexy witches try to fuck me up with their hair. In fact, I invite that.

I am really impressed with the Zombie U game. And I've long outgrown "zombie" games and the whole "survival horror" genre. But the concept itself is pretty different... I'd love to give it a try.
But other than that one game, I'm not impressed at all. And the two models for the Wii U we've seen so far don't give a good impression either.
You either get an 8 GIG model or a 32 GIG model. So, they are still using some kind of SD card? No actual hard drive? This is supposed to be an actual HD machine?
I have a 250 GIG PS3, and I am constantly having to delete stuff to make room for new stuff. NO "Flash" memory is going to compete with actual hard drives. If 32 GIGs is the best the Wii U can do right now, it's not going to compare. It just isn't...
That's my opinion anyway...
